Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gryphon Hub, a service provided by TRIAD s.r.o., Brigádnická 27, 841 10 Bratislava, Slovakia, IČO: 35931141 (“we”, “us” or “TRIAD”). By accessing or using Gryphon Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Gryphon Hub is a connector platform that allows users to connect their Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts to Looker Studio. The service provides automated data synchronisation and API endpoints for use with Looker Studio Community Connectors.

3. Account Registration

To use Gryphon Hub you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately at support@triad.sk of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Connecting Third-Party Platforms

Gryphon Hub connects to Facebook Ads and Google Ads via their official OAuth flows. By connecting these platforms you grant us permission to read advertising performance data on your behalf. We will never modify your campaigns, ads, budgets or any other settings in your ad accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
• Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive or misleading content

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Gryphon Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process advertising performance data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Google API Limited Use Policy

Gryphon Hub’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request scopes necessary to provide the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos and software of Gryphon Hub are the property of TRIAD s.r.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRIAD s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gryphon Hub at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@triad.sk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bratislava, Slovakia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
